I love coaching football and I have many people to thank for my opportunity. I want to say thank you to the men and women who have fought to allow me to do what I love, the first responders keeping us safe daily, and of course the people I work with each day. Why is it hard for some people to say thank you? Words of appreciation seem to be hard for some people to say to others.

Largemouth bass are fair on drop shots, football jigs, craws and diving crankbaits along rock ledges, bluffs, marinas and main lake points. Sunfish are good on shrimp, cut earthworms, and live crickets along vegetation edges, near boat docks, brush and rocks. Catfish are good with chicken liver and punch bait.
The Copperas Cove Bulldawgs will still be looking for their first win of the season when they travel to Austin today to take on Bowie.
